2nd Annual Caregiver Tribute Luncheon
Our 2nd Annual Caregiver Tribute Luncheon will be held on Friday, November 14, 2008 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice in Joliet, IL. It is designed to honor caregivers for their sacrifice and commitment to keeping persons in need safe, happy, and well cared for, both at home and in the community. As you may know, November is National Caregivers Month and National Alzheimer's disease month. This Tribute Luncheon will also raise awareness of the important role caregivers play in society, and in our hearts. The luncheon will commence at 11:30 a.m. and conclude at 2:00 p.m. This celebration will include lunch and dessert, speakers, recognition awards, and a lot of fun.
This event is designed to honor both private and professional caregivers. Please note that Caregivers can care for someone of any age, with any need. If you are interested in nominating a Caregiver, or would like to attend, please fill out a Caregiver Tribute Luncheon nomination form (on line or by calling our office). Seating is limited.
