The Alzheimer’s Association has a great way to extend holiday wishes while raising money and awareness in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease. We’re offering inspirational holiday cards with artwork created by individuals living with Alzheimer’s or a related dementia, with proceeds benefiting the Association.

These beautiful cards come in four different styles:

• Three angels card with Christmas greeting
• Children carolers holiday card with general greeting
• Winter trees holiday card with secular holiday greeting
• “Confetti” card with New Year’s greeting

The cards arrive 25 to a box and include foil-lined envelopes. Choose from three personalization options:

• Cards with a pre-printed holiday greeting, no customization.
• Personalized cards with blank envelopes, with a customized salutation and signature.
• Personalized cards and envelopes featuring a customized salutation and signature plus a return address on the envelopes.
