We sincerely thank all who contribute through Community Health Charities of Illinois workplace giving programs for their invaluable support to the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Illinois Chapter for the information, support, programs and services we offer for people with Alzheimer’s, their family members and caregivers.

The Chapter is a proud member of Community Health Charities of Illinois, the largest workplace giving program dedicated solely to health causes.  Community Health Charities of Illinois connects employees across Illinois with premiere health agencies that focus on the diseases and disabilities, providing the opportunity for them to support medical research, health education and patient services.  Community Health Charities of Illinois supports 37 health-related agencies and, in fiscal 2004, raised nearly $2 million for member agencies and affiliated non-members to help support medical research and provide health education and patient services for people across the state.
