Murder Mystery- Clues for a Cure

A murder has been committed! Help us solve the crime! On Friday, February 8, 2008 the Greater Illinois Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association will host its first annual Murder Mystery - Clues for a Cure event at the Renaissance Center’s Grand Ballroom in Joliet. Participants will try to solve a mystery presented by The Mystery Shop and the Alzheimer's Association. A silent auction and raffle drawings will be held throughout the evening.

Proceeds from the event will be used to help the thousands of Illinois residents with Alzheimer’s as well as their many caregivers. The chapter’s services include our 24-hour Helpline, support groups, dozens of educational programs and a wide variety of printed and online materials about the disease and caregiving. Throughout the year, we work to improve the quality of life for those impacted by this devastating disease. Donations to events such as the Murder Mystery support these programs and services. They also go towards research, which will lead to better treatments and, eventually, a cure for Alzheimer’s.

Help us solve our mystery—and support the Alzheimer’s Association!
